I stayed here for a week with my kids to explore the area, and we had a fantastic experience. The location is super convenient, with easy access to transit and shopping. The front desk staff, particularly Muraura, went above and beyond to assist us with local transit and even arranged a taxi after our checkout. We loved the spacious capsule rooms that comfortably fit us, and the cozy lobby with hot chocolate made our stay even more good. The festive Christmas decorations added a warm touch.
Can't recommend highly enough this place.

I recently stayed for three nights while exploring Japan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect—close to a bus stop and a short walk from the train station and shopping areas. Muraura at the front desk went above and beyond, helping us navigate local transit and even arranging a taxi after check-out. My kids adored the spacious capsule room, which allowed us to enjoy a unique experience. The entire place was clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the addition of hot chocolate in the lobby was a lovely touch.
I totally recommend this hotel.

I had a nice Christmas stay! The location was perfect-just a short 10-minute walk from the train station and close to shopping areas, which made exploring super easy. I loved the capsule room; it was spacious enough for me and my kid, and we got to experience something unique without sharing with others. The staff was really friendly and spoke English well, making check-in and getting local tips a breeze!
On the downside, the room was a bit dusty, and cleanliness could definitely be improved. the lack of air conditioning could be a deal breaker in warmer months, as we just had to open a window to cool down. Lastly, the lift situation is a bit inconvenient—it's located in the garage, and you need to haul your luggage up some stairs to get to the main entrance.

The hotel had two nice complementary gifts during the Christmas season. They had a small tree in the lobby with some complimentary candy canes, and they also provided guests with a small bottle of sparkling wine in their rooms. the location was great as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Another advantage I enjoyed was the comfortable bed and pillows.
the room was cramped and the bathroom was small making it difficult to move around and get ready.

The decoration of the hotel was tasteful and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff was helpful in providing directions and recommendations.
I would have appreciated a more personalized touch from the staff, especially considering their young age. A friendly smile or warm greeting would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.
